SnapNote is maintained by an independent developer. This page covers the most common questions so you can resolve many issues without contacting support.

Common checks

• Use the latest version of iOS supported by your device.
• Allow photo or camera access when adding photos.
• If Full Access is not reflected after reinstalling, open the purchase screen and choose Restore Purchases.
• Full Access is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It removes the 10-memo limit for each document and unlocks Web and print-PDF export.
• For large PDFs, wait until pages finish loading before adding many notes.

SnapNoteは個人開発のアプリです。まず以下をご確認ください。購入が反映されない場合は、アプリ内の「購入を復元」をお試しください。個別の返信には時間がかかる場合があります。

• フルアクセスは買い切りのアプリ内課金です。資料ごとのメモ数上限（10件）を解除し、Web形式・印刷用PDFの書き出しを利用できます。
• 写真やPDFを開くか「白紙から始める」を選び、画面右上の書き出しボタンから「Web形式で保存」または「印刷用PDFで保存」を選ぶと、未購入の場合にフルアクセス画面が表示されます。
• 購入後に反映されない場合は、フルアクセス画面の「購入を復元」をお試しください。
• 大きなPDFは、ページの読み込みが完了してからメモを追加してください。
